Complimentary Consultation with the Owner

This is when we start to get acquainted. We want to learn about your remodeling hopes and dreams, and the budget you would like to work with. We will share more information about our design/build process, our designer and carpenters, and provide you with references on completed projects.


Conceptual Designs & Estimates

First we review the design agreement. Then, our designer combines your hopes and dreams with her imagination and experience to create initial drawings, always keeping in mind your lifestyle and tastes. Preliminary estimates help us hone the design to accommodate your budget.


Construction Documents and Fixed Price Contract

With the scope and style of the project defined, construction drawings, specifications, and schedules are prepared and become the basis of a fixed price construction agreement. Permit drawings are prepared and submitted to the appropriate municipal building department.



One of our experienced lead carpenters is assigned to build and manage your project from start to finish. Consideration is given to your needs and lifestyle during the course of construction. Areas not remodeled are protected to reduce dust intrusion until the project is completed, cleaned and prepared for you to enjoy.
